This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for iPosta subscriptions. Payments for iPosta are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Refunds are issued through Paddle in accordance with this policy.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your initial subscription purchase. If you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund for that payment.

3. Free Trial

iPosta offers a free trial so you can evaluate the Application before paying. No charge is made during the trial period, and you are under no obligation to subscribe once the trial ends.

4. Subscription Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Because renewals are billed automatically, we recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
